Terms of Service

Last updated: September 4, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Teaching Restored Members and related services, including the member portal at members.teachingrestored.com and the Teacher AI Evaluation at evalapp.teachingrestored.com (together, the “Service”), operated by VINJONES, LLC(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.

2. The Service

Membership gives you access to the Teacher AI Evaluation, scripture commentaries, and other resources we make available from time to time. The evaluation is provided on a fair use basis of two (2) evaluations per calendar week, resetting each Monday (U.S. Pacific time). We may add, change, or discontinue features, resources, or usage limits at our discretion.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. One account is for one person; do not share your account or credentials. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Membership, billing, and automatic renewal

Membership is a paid subscription billed in advance at the recurring price shown at checkout (currently $7/month, before applicable tax). Promotional code EarlyTR5 reduces this to $5/month for as long as you remain a member, and may be redeemed through September 30.Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record and seller for your purchase. Because of this, your checkout, receipts, and card statement reference Stripe and its Link service rather than VINJONES, LLC, and purchases appear as “Sold through Link.”

  • Automatic renewal. Your subscription automatically renews each month and your payment method is charged the then-current fee until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
  • Taxes. Sales tax, VAT, GST, and similar indirect taxes are calculated based on your location and added on top of the price shown, and are collected and remitted by Stripe. The total charged at checkout and at each renewal may therefore be higher than the price displayed on our site.
  • Receipts and statements. Stripe sends receipts and invoices directly to the email address associated with your payment. Your card statement shows a descriptor beginning with LINK.COM.
  • Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your Billing page, or through the order management page linked from your receipt. Your membership remains active through the end of the current paid period, and it will not renew after that.
  • Payment method and billing details. Your card and billing address are held and managed by Stripe. Update them through the order management page linked from your receipt.
  • Refunds. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods. Because Stripe is the merchant of record, refund requests for your payments are handled by Stripe under its own policies, and Stripe may issue a refund for a transaction independently of us.
  • Price changes. We may change the subscription price. We will give you advance notice, and changes apply to your next renewal. Continuing to use the Service after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price.
  • Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may suspend or cancel your membership.
  • Payment support.Questions about a charge, a receipt, or a refund are handled by Stripe’s support for transactions it processes. Questions about the Service itself should come to us at info@teachingrestored.com.
  • Complimentary memberships. We may grant or revoke complimentary (comped) memberships at our discretion. They have no cash value.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any unlawful way or upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
  • Upload content you do not have the rights and permissions to submit.
  • Exceed, circumvent, or attempt to circumvent usage limits, or share access with others.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or its content.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

6. Your content and recordings

You retain ownership of the audio recordings and other content you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, transcribe, analyze, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you, including processing it through third-party AI providers.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights and consents necessary to record and upload Your Content, including the consent of every person whose voice or contribution is captured, and that your recording and use comply with all applicable laws (some jurisdictions require the consent of all parties to a recording). You are solely responsible for Your Content and for obtaining these consents.

7. AI-generated evaluations

Evaluations are generated by automated systems and are provided for informational purposes only, on an “as is” basis. They may contain errors or omissions, may not be accurate or complete, and should not be relied upon as professional, ecclesiastical, or other authoritative advice. Use your own judgment.

8. Not affiliated with any church

Teaching Restored and VINJONES, LLC are independent. The Service is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected to any church or religious organization. Any scripture references, commentaries, and educational materials reflect the views of their authors and are provided for personal study and lesson preparation.

9. Intellectual property

The Service and its content — including commentaries, text, design, and the Teaching Restored name and logo — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. While your membership is active, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use member resources for your own personal, non-commercial study and teaching preparation. You may not redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit them.

10. Third-party links and resources

Some resources, including commentaries, may be hosted on or link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of third-party sites.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VINJONES, LLC and its owners, members, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VINJONES, LLCand its owners, members, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. If your membership ends or lapses, you will lose access to member resources, though you will retain access to your Billing page to manage your account. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes may be communicated through the Service. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at info@teachingrestored.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Idaho, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

17. General

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
